F.A.Q Pricing
What is a Token?
A token is a unit of value for requests on the Cabina.AI platform. The cost per token decreases with higher-tier plans. Tokens are used in pricing calculations.
What are Limits?
Limits are restrictions on daily and overall access to certain LLM models within the free tier. To remove these limits, simply upgrade to any paid plan
What is Pay-as-You-Go?
This is a fixed-price plan without a monthly subscription. The more tokens you buy, the lower the cost per token.
Note that this plan removes limits for 30 days from the last payment.
If you don't renew this plan or switch to a subscription, your account reverts to the free plan after 30 days Unused tokens are saved for at least one year on the free plan.
How does a Subscription Work?
Monthly: Equal payments are automatically charged each month, with tokens instantly credited.
Annual: Equal amounts are automatically charged each year. All tokens will be immediately credited to the balance (annual amount) after payment.
Unused tokens (after the subscription ends) are preserved for at least 1 year. You can renew your subscription at any time and use the remaining balance, or continue with the FREE plan with limits.
How do I Cancel a Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period without any restrictions.
Which plan is the best value?
Annual subscription plans offer the best value. They have the lowest cost per token and the most favorable terms for purchasing additional tokens.
Where can I view my token usage?
All spending details are available in your account after logging in, under the "Usage" tab, or by following this direct link: https://cabina.ai/app/profile/subscription.
Clicking the (i) icon shows detailed costs for each generation.
Remember that generation costs depend on your account type; they are higher for free plans and lowest for annual subscriptions.
Why do LLM models have different costs?
The cost depends on the pricing of the specific technology.
Newer & more powerful models are generally more expensive than older ones.
Text generations are usually cheaper than video generations (which are typically the most expensive and depend on duration).
If you're just starting, set the settings (wheel) to generate 1 image per generation and try simpler text models.
The most affordable LLMs you can find in the table above (see Tokens per Message column).
Do I pay for unanswered requests?
No, you are not charged for requests that do not receive a response.
Which Payment Methods Are Available?
WayForPay: Accepts bank cards (Visa/MasterCard) and systems like Apple Pay and Google Pay. The minimum payment is equivalent to 3 USD.
WhitePay: Accepts all popular cryptocurrencies. The minimum payment is equivalent to 6 USD plus a transfer fee.
Invoice (IBAN): Available upon request via email to [email protected], with a minimum equivalent of 1000 USD. Accepted currencies: USD, EUR, UAH.
